I led a cross-functional team in building an online shop platform for a client, consisting of a mobile app for customers and a web-based admin dashboard. The team included a mobile developer, frontend developer, and a designer who also acted as project manager, while I handled backend development and deployment.

By coordinating development across multiple platforms and taking ownership of the backend architecture and cloud deployment, I ensured the system was scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements — enabling seamless transactions and efficient store management.
